associates No project will deliver expectation unless the right calibre team of associates are matched to the client and project need.  We spend considerable time working with all our associates to ensure they have relevance in the specific assignment needs, a project overview, and a constant reference source via ourselves and their colleague associates.  All associates are committed interims. We do not use interims who are seeking to convert to full time role as we feel that this can compromise skill transfer and project exit effectiveness, which is what our clients are expecting from us.
